Register your team

1. Introduction

By registering and participating in the Community Soccer League (the “League”),
all players, coaches, referees, and spectators agree to abide by the following
Terms and Conditions. These guidelines ensure a fair, safe, and enjoyable
experience for everyone involved.

2. Eligibility

Participants: Players must be in the age group designated for the league and
register through the official registration process.

3. Registration

All participants must complete the registration process before the start of the
season.
Registration fees, if applicable, must be paid in full at the time of registration.
Late registration may result in a team being placed on a waiting list or ineligibility
to participate.

4. Code of Conduct

Respect and Sportsmanship: All participants are expected to display good
sportsmanship, respect for others, and adherence to the rules of the game.
Harassment, verbal abuse, or any form of violence will not be tolerated.
Disciplinary Actions: Violations of the code of conduct may result in warnings,
temporary suspension, or permanent expulsion from the League, as determined
by League organizers.

5. Game Rules

The League adheres to standard FIFA rules with the following modifications
specific to the community league:

Teams are expected to arrive on time for scheduled matches. Failure to do so may
result in a forfeit.
Each player must wear the official League jersey and cleats appropriate for
playing soccer. Shin guards are mandatory.

6. Refunds

Registration fees are non-refundable once the season has begun, except in cases
of medical injury (with documentation), relocation, or other extenuating
circumstances, as approved by the League organizers.

7. Health and Safety

All participants are responsible for their health and safety during practice and
games.
In case of an injury, participants must report to a League official immediately.
The League strongly recommends that all participants have health insurance.

8. Photography and Media

By participating in the League, participants consent to the use of their likeness in
photos or videos for promotional purposes on social media, websites, or other
materials related to the League.
If you do not wish to have your photo used, please notify the League organizer in
writing.

9. Liability

The League organizers, and volunteers are not responsible for any injury, loss, or
damage incurred during games, practices, or events related to the League.
All participants agree to assume full responsibility for their own safety and actions.

10. Cancellation/Postponement of Games

Games may be canceled or postponed due to weather, field conditions, or
unforeseen circumstances.
The League will make reasonable efforts to reschedule games, but participants
understand that rescheduling may not always be possible.
The League reserves the right to modify schedules or cancel events if necessary
for safety or operational reasons.

11. Amendments

The League reserves the right to modify, amend, or update these Terms and
Conditions at any time.
All participants will be notified of significant changes via email or the League’s
official communication channels.

13. Acceptance

By registering for and participating in the League, participants agree to adhere to

14. Roster

Team captains are required to provide players information on the league’s website prior to the beginning of the season.
